How Dental Clinics Can Reduce Missed Patient Appointments

Broken appointments and no-shows can be costly and frustrating for small dental clinics. Even one cancellation a day, say experts, can result in $30,000 or more in lost revenues annually. And it’s not just the bottom line that feels the impact of no shows. Staff productivity suffers, and other patients end up waiting longer to get needed care. 1. Improve staff productivity.
